I dunno… tape a smoke bomb to the bottom of the tires? Light the tires on fire? You’re going to do a burnout on a standard golf cart like I’m going to do a burnout in my Yugo..

Well its hard because in a golf cart the parking park also locks the throttle so you cant brakestand like a car, you could lock up the non drive wheel, depends on your cart of choice and ram the accelerator. There is also trying to get it sideways at a good speed on tarmac of some sort, but this will only result in a rollover.
In all, just not possible without modifications to the vehicle.

By the way, you cannot get tire smoke on the fairway, but you could make some dirty/muddy ruts. My prediction: still pretty lame and very, very expensive!
