I to have runny nose at times watery eyes and these are not from hey-fever, but an allergy to dust, cigarette smoke, as well as other things at different times. Most of all it turns out to be a nasal allergies that comes and goes regularly so my Dr. prescribe a nasal spray for me and it works very good especially when I use it regularly. Flo-nas or some other one. So ask your Dr if it could be a nasal allergy.... Good luck and take care....cya.... Deena
