It has to be up-beat and it cannot be from bye bye birdie. I am a soprano. It cannot be anything too hard because I am a beginner. Something that has 16 good bars. I need to sing 16 bars.

Check out songs from Glee, High School Musical or Fame. There are so many upbeat songs there. You might want to try Dreamgirls, too.
