Obviously you wasn't golfing....and I'd be willing to wager that both of you was drinking.... As far as who is responsible for the medical bills...off hand I'd say you are...but there seems to be mitigating circumstances too...you both agreed to go for a ride in the night in a golf cart....hopefully it was on your property,,,in which case the home owners insurance will take care of it...and from now on...only use the golf cart for golfing.
