none…golf is unique in that it is a game of honesty and integrity. You are supposed to play by the rules and judge and penalize yourself, so a hole in one is a hole in one even if you are playing by yourself

it has to be made while playing a full 18 within a foursome to be official (ie: recording in the club/course records)

A hole in one with out a witness is nothing but a rumour. You know but no one else does. An official hole in one must occur with a minimum of one witness in a regulation 18 hole round at a regulation golf course.
Then again if you make a hole in one on your first shot on that hole (no mulligans) you can celebrate with yourself and be proud. Don’t tell anybody or you would be duty bound to buy a round of drinks in the club house.

There is no rule that says golf has to be witnessed. If you got a hole in one and you were the only one there it is still a hole in one, but it won’t be as special if no one saw it.
