You can’t. It’s not for sale. The company that handles the rights and scripts (for the authors) is Tams Witmark, and they do not sell the scripts, because they do not want copies of their material out there in the world for just anyone to use.
A producer pays this company a lot of money for the right to produce the play, and to rent the scripts. (And you can’t rent a script unless you have a contract to produce the show.) You may be able to find a site where someone went to the trouble of typing it all out, but I doubt it.

The director should have provided audition materials for you. If they did not, then there is a reason for it. Some directors like a cold read to determine your instincts. If nothing was provided, then everyone is in the same boat you are.
That said, you can find it online if you look hard enough. I won’t provide the link because it is illegal, especially if you were to copy it or use it publicly in any way. Good luck!

Honestly your best bet would be to go and rent the movie…that way you can get a true feel for the characters and the musical itself….and you wont be breaking any laws
Also….Bye Bye Birdie is a cheesy teenage musical comedy…You know those songs “Put on a happy Face” and “Telephone Hour”….they are from that show and are some of the cheesiest songs out there….so above all when you go for the audition relex and have fun with it and you will be on the right track. Break a leg!!!
